1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TurfX ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
TurfX provides an online platform that connects football turf owners with players seeking to book turf time. We facilitate the booking process but are not the owners or operators of the listed turfs.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Booking & Payments
When you make a booking through TurfX:
- You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable service fees
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
- Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳)
- A service fee is applied to each booking to support platform operations
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before the booked time slot. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
6. User Conduct
Users of TurfX agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Post abusive, offensive, or inappropriate reviews
7. Limitation of Liability
TurfX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any services booked through it. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
